this has been an extremely busy week and it continues into a busy weekend. i am convinced of the goodness in this busy-ness. last night was the first evening i was actually home--not out of choice, but i didn't finish my paper before the 7PM international film viewing at the YMCA. i find it ironic that when you're busy you find yourself thinking of all these little activities you'd rather be doing. but when you do find the time all you want to do is relax. sad.
my favorite course this semester is feminist theory--GWS 350. LOVE IT. it's quite a bit of reading/work, but i enjoy it so much it's not work. my other classes are so-so. i am not in love with them per se. plus, there's a ton of group work which i can handle, but i do not enjoy [read: SLACKERS] is it interesting that the courses i am taking my senior year are my least favorite? extremely.
currently trying to put together some quick fundraisers for the green observer. we NEED $$ to pay back the publisher. i have been appointed president/editor just when we are falling head first into debt--a joyous occassion you can imagine. it's actually been quite a headache for me [literally]. i am optimistic [as much as i ever have been] that we will pull through nonetheless.
and so, the semester begins again....
