how can you just walk away from me when all i can do is watch you leave

i'm feeling infinitely better than i was earlier this week. i'm going to go ahead and give the credit to a couple of reasons: spending time with good friends/people, getting out of the four walls that confine me to my bedroom, resolution, less sleep than i need, WARM weather!, the atmosphere at murphy's, and the song "the pretender" blaring on my iPod as i walked through the quad (w. warm weather!!!!!).

it's a very special person's birthday today. i haven't seen him in a long time, but i still think about him a lot.
