i am happy as a clam.
my summer has been going just splendidly. i spend time with my mom&&dad. my best friend is about to pop w. a beautiful baby girl. my other best friend [since she was zero and i was 8mos] is turning 22 on thursday. hopefully,the result will be some frolicking in her new town of residence, chicago!
i am reconnecting w. old friends i haven't seen in years [and reconciling how that makes me feel slightly old]. i am preparing myself for another semester of schooling. i am content w. leisurely days of reading, watching jeopardy, going to garage sales for no less than 6 hrs. every wed, thurs, friday.
i saw the band that played at my parents' wedding reception last saturday [a few days after their 32 year anniversary]. they were great and it was so much fun. not only that, but it was a fabulous little road trip for my mom&&i.we got to stay with my aunt and uncle. time with them is always, always a pleasure.
this summer has already been more than i can handle in goodness. i only hope the next 2 months are the same. i hope your summer has started off well. i am currently listening to the storm voice its anger outside my window. today, i am feeling very romantic sipping tea that is iced && reading about bohemianism.

the best part of summer is the return of the iced coffee. i started making my own, and it's great!
